Use salt scrub:
Using sea salt scrub is one of the best ways to retain moisture in your skin. To make the scrub, you need to mix sea salt in warm water and mix glycerine to the water. Now gently apply and start to scrub it over your skin. Then gently rinse your skin with fresh water. However, do not use this scrub on open wounds as you will have severe burning sensation.
Aloe Vera Gel:
Aloe Vera is very good for your skin. If you happen to have an Aloe Vera plant in your home, you can cut a small part of its leaf and take the gel inside the leaf. Now you need to apply the gel on your face, hands and legs and leave it to dry. Your skin would have absorbed all the moisture from the gel, and you will not have dry skin the following day.
Studies have shown that milk contains a fat name phospholipid which is good for the skin and improved the condition for dry skin. You can directly drink milk or soak a clean piece of cloth in milk and leave it over your face for about 10 minutes. Now gently wash your face with warm water and repeat this procedure for best results.
You can also mix honey with milk. Honey can also be directly applied to the skin as it acts as a moisturiser and it is also anti-inflammatory.

Include a lot of vegetables in your diet, and you can eat raw tomatoes and other green veggies to brighten up your skin.
