Looking wonderful not only makes us feel wonderful on the inside, but it helps us appear confident on the outside. Feeling beautiful and knowing that we look our best goes long way in helping us women succeed in life. That is why it is important to network and share some well-treasured beauty tips for women with others.
The first one that is my favorite is teeth whitening. Who naturally has bright, white teeth? Answer: none of us! Here is a quick and easy way to get those pearly whites even whiter:
Baking Soda: There’s a good reason why so many toothpastes on the market these days include baking soda in their toothpaste formulations. Baking soda helps remove stains and kills the plaque-causing bacteria and acids that damage and discolor our tooth enamel. You don’t need a baking soda toothpaste to enjoy the benefits that baking soda will have on your teeth; simply rub a bit of baking soda and a pinch of salt onto your teeth and brush them. Rinse well and repeat once a day.
Here’s something else that all of us women want: hair with a little bit of volume! Buy a good quality volume mousse or crème and apply it to the roots of the hair near the scalp. Blow dry your hair, and you will notice that your hair has considerably more lift and more volume to it.
If you suffer from dry or frizzy hair, what you first want to do is to trim your hair so that all split ends are gone. Use a mild shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner, making sure to leave the conditioner in as long as you possibly can while in the shower. Use a leave-in conditioner when ever you can, and before you use any sort of styling tools (such as hair straighteners and blow dryers) be sure to use protective products so as to prevent further split ends.
Women looking to obtain that silky smooth skin will definitely benefit from this next natural concoction. Add some whipping cream, mashed up fresh strawberries and olive oil to your warm bath water! The whipping cream will act as a “milk bath” would, and when combined with the olive oil you will have the smoothest skin you have ever had. The strawberries will leave you smelling irresistibly delicious afterwards. Pat dry with a towel after you step out of the tub to maintain some of the moisturizing ingredients on your skin.
The last quick and easy beauty tip that all women can benefit is how to heal and moisturize dry, cracked lips. You can always try lip glosses or Vaseline, but the best of all is to use vitamin E. Grab one of those vitamin E liquid gel caps and gently break it open. Dab it on your lips until they are fully coated with the vitamin E liquid, rub your lips together, and you’re good to go! You’ll notice that your dry lips will be a thing of the past within a day or so.
