Mix 1 banana, 1 pinch of matcha tea, and 200 ml almond milk into a smooth, frothy drink.

Creamy ice cream
Cut 1 banana into slices and freeze it in a freezer bag overnight. Puree the banana slices with 2 tablespoons of sour cream or Greek yogurt and a pinch of cinnamon with the hand blender to creamy ice cream.
Chips with cinnamon
Cut a banana into approx. 0.3 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet. Mix 1 tablespoon each of water and lemon juice, and apply with a silicone brush. Dust with cinnamon. Dry in the oven at 120 ° C for approx. 2 hours until they are crispy.
Chocolate coins
Cut the banana into 0.5 cm thick slices. Spread a thin slice of almond butter and place another slice of banana on top. Melt 50 g chocolate (85% cocoa). Half dip the banana sandwich in the chocolate.

Puree a banana, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 egg with the hand blender until smooth. Put the batter into a hot pan, thinly brushed with oil, by tablespoonfuls of the batter. Fry brown on both sides. Dust with a bit of cinnamon or cocoa powder if you like, and eat hot or cold as you wish.
Banana Diet Slimmer: Resistant Starch!
Resistant starch is not only found in bananas but also in other foods. The following applies in particular to excess carbohydrates: don’t throw them away! Cold leftovers from rice, pasta, or potatoes are valuable slimming products.

Cold rice
