  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 200 ml carrot juice
  • 1 grated carrot

  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Roast coconut flakes in a pan without fat, remove immediately and let cool.
  2. Moisten the top of the glass with a bit of water and place it upside down in the desiccated coconut.
  3. Finely puree the leftover coconut, carrot juice, carrot, apple, coconut milk, and yogurt.

Smoothie with lamb’s lettuce

What you need for 1 serving:

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 small baby pineapple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 small apple

  • 3 stalks of flat-leaf parsley
  • 150 ml buttermilk

Preparation:

  • 18 passion fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 100 g yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Puree passion fruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup, peeled cucumber, melted flakes (except for a few for sprinkling), and yogurt with the hand blender or in a blender.
  2. Pour into a glass, and sprinkle with melted flakes.

Beetroot smoothie

What you need for 1 serving:

  • 175 g raspberries
  • 1 orange
  • One small banana
  • 1 medium-sized fresh beetroot
  • some lemon juice
  • Wooden skewer

Preparation:

  1. Squeeze the orange.
  2. Cut 2 peeled slices from the banana, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Peel the rest of the banana, and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Puree the raspberries, except for 3 pieces, the banana, the peeled and chopped beetroot, and the juice put in a glass.
  5. Put the banana slices and raspberries on a skewer and place them in the glass.

Papaya smoothie

What you need for 1 serving:

  • 1/4 banana
  • 50 g papaya
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • salt
  • 1 sheet of white cabbage
  • 1 kebab skewer

Preparation:

  1. Peel the banana and papaya.
  2. Cut 3 slices each, and cut the rest into cubes.
  3. Mix the yogurt, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
