Hemp seeds give a nutty taste and provide omega-3 fatty acids that keep the heart healthy (in health food stores).

Mother juice: This juice is produced when fruits are pressed for the first time. Since it is not filtered, it contains many vital substances and has an intense taste.

Chia seeds: The tiny, tasteless seeds swell in liquid – this is how your smoothie becomes extra-seedy and filling. Chia seeds are available in health food stores.

Coconut milk: It contains very healthy fatty acids that stimulate metabolism. Good milk substitute for people with lactose intolerance.

Important: only buy varieties without additives. Almond butter Makes the smoothie very creamy – and gives it a delicious marzipan-like note.
