Smoothies bring energy and ensure lightness—5 recipes with superfoods and local vegetables and fruits.

Smoothies are delicious, add variety and fun to the kitchen, and make consuming more vegetables and superfoods easier. Since the blender has already been “pre-chewed,” it is easy for the body to digest them.

Easily digestible foods help you lose weight if that’s your focus right now. But smoothies are also a great breakfast and provide relief if you feel bloated, need energy, have recently neglected vitamins and fresh foods, or want to feel a little lighter.

Smoothies that help you lose weight consist of tiny fruit but more vegetables, protein, and healthy fat sources. Whenever we give our body a break from sugar, it is a chance for blood sugar levels. The more balanced this is, the fewer cravings overwhelm us and the longer we feel complete.
